Order Cancellation / Return or Exchange of Products
Order Cancellations:

An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an email on info@bdhandicraft.com and call us at +1 203 803 4430 or +880 1824 570690. We will issue refund for orders that are successfully canceled.

Requesting Return:

You can place a return request if:

  • • The product you received is damaged.
  • • The product you received is not what you have ordered for.
  • • The product you received is different from the image.

Exchanging a Product:

Before you exchange a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural Bangladesh and all over the world, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other.

How do I Return a Product?

Products should be returned instantly to the delivery man if the product is damaged, not what you have ordered or different from the image after opening the package in front of the delivery man.

How do I Exchange a Product?

• Email us at info@bdhandicraft.com with photographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving it and call us at +1 203 803 4430 or +880 1824 570690.

• For exchange a product, the customer should consider the price of the product may vary from the original ordered earlier.

• After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.

About Refunds & Timelines:
